Our private polyclinic provides clients with a wide spectrum of healthcare services in all the key medical fields. Our services range from precisely targeted prevention through to excellent outpatient care and on to the arrangement of hospitalisation and rehabilitation. The medical care is provided by an excellent team of specialists and each of our clients has his or her own personal physician.
We keep fully digitalised medical records on our clients, which they have constant access to, so that they have a current overview of their state of health, their check-up dates and the results of any examinations. In addition, we also secure translations of medical records into other languages for our foreign clients.
Our call centre with experienced, multilingual receptionists, who coordinate all of our clients’ needs and requirements in association with their state of health, is available non-stop in order to provide continuous medical care. They can arrange a telephone consultation with the on-duty doctor, an emergency examination, a house call by the doctor or a transfer to a hospital.
